Request deletion of your data

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of BRACE Development services, including information received through connected Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or other supported platforms.

How to submit a deletion request

Contact BRACE Development through our official WhatsApp number and clearly state that you are submitting a "Data Deletion Request".

Please provide enough information to identify the account or interaction concerned, such as the phone number, email address, account identifier, or connected social account used with the service.

Identity verification

To protect users from unauthorized deletion requests, BRACE may request reasonable identity verification before processing the deletion.

What may be deleted?

After verification, we will delete personal information associated with the request from our active systems to the extent permitted and required by law, including relevant account, contact, messaging, or connected-platform information where applicable.

Information we may retain

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations.
